Prior to joining the Company, he was attached to other collection agencies in Malaysia as Director of Operations where he has extensive experience of 15 years in managing credit receivables, audit and advisory. During his career in CIMB & HSBC Bank Malaysia, he was assigned to manage early days collection operations for which he undertook various responsibilities including the day-to-day business operations. Mr Sivarajah Thiagarajah is a member of the Collection Agency Association (PAKPPM)
